Blades And Buds provides landscaping, gardening, and related maintenance services, including but not limited to:

General outdoor maintenance
The scope of services will be defined in your service agreement or quotation.
2. Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed and are subject to adjustment if additional services are requested or required.

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments will be scheduled in advance. We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

In case of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Blades And Buds reserves the right to reschedule services.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property where services will be performed.

Any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals must be secured by the client prior to service.

Clients must inform Blades And Buds of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other potential hazards before work begins.
5. Liability

While Blades And Buds takes every precaution to perform services with care, we are not liable for damages arising from undisclosed hazards, pre-existing conditions, or misuse of the landscaped areas after completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Termination of Services
Blades And Buds reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if:

Payment terms are not met.

Unsafe working conditions are present.

The client engages in conduct that disrupts service delivery.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
